Yvette Lewis is a 2016 Olympian, NCAA National Champion, and four-time Hall of Fame inductee whose journey represents resilience, determination, and excellence.
A Newport News native and Hampton University standout, Yvette represented Panama at the Rio Olympics and set a South American record of 7.91 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles.
Now 41, the mother of two, coach, and wellness professional is making her comeback on the world stage. After winning the 2026 Southeast Region Masters 80-meter hurdles championship, she is preparing for the 2027 World Masters Indoor Championships.
